Race With Cory

 Cory is currently recovering from a broken wrist that occurred while he was playing in a soccer qualifying game on June 22, 2024.

We expect his cast will be removed on October 4 and he will begin preparing for the World Games in Turin and Sestriere shortly after.

The World Games Opening Ceremonies will be held in at Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino in Turin, Italy on March 8, 2025.  Alpine skiing events will be held in Sestriere from March 10 to 15.

Cory will travel to Toronto on March 3, to join the other 134 members of Team Canada to travel to Turin on March 5.

The Team will then move onto Sestriere, about 100 kms west of Turin.

There will be Women's World Cup Giant Slalom race in Sestriere in February, using the race course here shown in pink.  We don't know if Special Olympics will use a portion of the same race course or perhaps the run to the left of it.
